• Your account has used no more than 200 credits from that purchase

If more than 3 days have passed since payment, or if more than 200 credits have been used, the purchase is not eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

• Services that have already been substantially delivered or consumed beyond the limits above
