Free includes 100 signup credits. Starter and Pro are recurring subscriptions available with monthly or yearly billing. Starter includes 1,000 credits, and Pro includes 2,500 credits, along with the full paid feature set. Credit packs are one-time purchases: Basic Pack includes 1,000 credits valid for 30 days, and Standard Pack includes 2,500 credits valid for 60 days. Choose a subscription for regular usage, or a pack when you need extra credits without an ongoing plan.
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your current paid period stays active until it ends.
Refund requests are considered within 3 days of payment and only if no more than 200 credits have been used. Please email [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the request.
Free signup credits are valid for 30 days. Starter credits are valid for 30 days, and Pro credits are valid for 30 days. Basic Pack credits are valid for 30 days, and Standard Pack credits are valid for 60 days.
Expired credits are removed from your available balance and can no longer be used for new generations. To avoid losing credits, please use them before the expiration date.
You can buy another credit pack any time. If you have an active subscription, you can also keep using the product when new credits are added in your next subscription cycle.
